Key responsibilities:
- Providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house presence.
- Coordinating contractor visits, including arranging access, managing bookings, and directing activity on-site.

- Carrying out welfare checks with a considerate and patient approach.
- Liaising with and reporting regularly to head office.
