We have an exciting new opportunity based in a prestigious and beautiful location, where we are looking for the best of the best, someone who can contribute to a positive team working environment. In this role, we require a skilled PA to join an established team, using her full range of abilities to support senior executives with day to day operations. This is a position where diary management is key, with executives’ diaries requiring strategic planning up to six months in advance. This is an integral part of the role. Located in Birmingham, we are seeking the right PA who can bring a wealth of skills and experience to a supportive team and provide outstanding support. This role offers a variety of tasks, not just diary management. You will also be involved in planning and organising a range of exciting and prestigious events, so a high level of organisation is essential. You will need to manage multiple tasks, but this role is anything but repetitive. Administrative tasks and organising travel are also important aspects of the position. Key responsibilities
- Complex diary management up to six months in advance
- Overseeing important administrative duties
- Organising and planning key events in the senior executives’ calendar
- Planning and arranging travel, both nationally and internationally
- Producing and collating important briefings, documents and presentations, sourcing accurate information for meetings to be used by internal and external stakeholders
- Handling enquiries through a range of communication channels, using your judgement and experience to direct appropriately
- Monitoring and processing financial data in line with the company’s policies and procedures
- Organising meetings and events with efficiency and professionalism for high profile internal and external stakeholders

- Ability to work independently while actively contributing to a team environment
- Strong relationship building skills for cross collaboration
- Ability to work in a large and complex environment, developing a good understanding of structure and processes
- Adaptability and excellent organisational skills
- Previous experience in a personal assistant or office manager role
