A growing textiles business operating across the Netherlands, Pakistan, and the UK is looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director in driving the continued growth and smooth running of the business. This is a fast-paced and varied role where you will act as the right hand to the MD, ensuring both professional and personal priorities are managed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Full diary and schedule management across multiple commitments
- Managing and coordinating 4 email inboxes, ensuring timely responses, prioritisation and flagging potential issues
- Arranging complex international travel, including flights, accommodation, and visa processing
- Supporting both business and personal administration for the MD
- Liaising with warehouse teams across the Netherlands, Pakistan, and the UK
- Monitoring operations and helping ensure shipments and logistics run on time
- Acting as a central point of coordination to keep business activities running smoothly
- Occasional travel to the warehouse in Star City as required
- Occasional international travel with the MD
About You
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level support role
- Exceptionally organised, proactive, and able to stay on top of multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across international teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Able to manage both professional and personal tasks with discretion
Essential Requirements
- Fluent in spoken Urdu
- Flexibility to travel between locations when required
- Flexibility to assist the MD during occasional international travel
