Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver the organisation’s Talent, Learning Development strategy. Lead performance and development frameworks, including 1-to-1s, reviews and development plans. Design and deliver engaging blended learning, leadership and professional development programmes. Develop competency frameworks, skills matrices and career pathways. Identify current and future skills gaps to support workforce planning and succession. Manage apprenticeships, qualifications, mentoring and coaching initiatives. Oversee the Learning Management System and mandatory/compliance training. Manage external learning providers and key stakeholder relationships. Measure L D effectiveness through KPIs, feedback and business outcomes. Coach and advise managers on talent development and organisational capability.
