We’re looking for a sharp, organised and tech-savvy AI & Reporting Assistant to join our growing technology business.

You’ll work across AI, data and reporting, helping us turn information into accurate reports, client materials and project outputs.

It’s a varied role where attention to detail, curiosity and confidence with technology really matter.

  • What you’ll do
  • Use AI tools to create reports, posters and client materials.
  • Prepare, clean and quality-check data, figures and outputs.
  • Support reporting, analysis and ad-hoc projects.
  • Keep CRM and project information accurate and up to date.
  • Follow processes, spot improvements and flag errors or risks early.
  • What we’re looking for
  • Confident using AI tools.
  • Comfortable with data, numbers and spreadsheets.
  • Highly organised with a great eye for detail.
  • A clear communicator who can work independently.
  • Curious, practical and keen to learn and develop.

We’re looking for someone who is switched-on, has strong attention to detail and is looking to develop their skills and confidence in working alongside AI, while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a growing and forward-thinking environment.
