Events Coordinator - Immediate Start - Global Brand
We are working with a global brand to recruit an experienced Events Coordinator for an immediate-start, four-week temporary assignment.
You will take a hands-on approach to supporting their busy events team, assisting with the coordination and delivery of a varied programme of high-profile events while working closely with internal teams, suppliers and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinating meetings, diaries and stakeholder activity
- Supporting event planning and delivery
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Managing event documentation, purchase orders, invoices and expenses
- Supporting event briefings, operational plans and reporting
- Providing general administrative and project support
About you:
- Previous events or office administration experience
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends during peak event periods
