Team EA within corporate communications in London

A leading communications consultancy working across corporate, financial, digital and public affairs is seeking a Team EA to support its busy London team. With reputation management at the heart of everything they do, this role is central to keeping the agency running smoothly and ensuring our senior leaders are fully supported. You will provide executive support to Managing Partners and the oversee the operations function, acting as a welcoming first point of contact for visitors and clients. The position is a mix of classic team EA duties with hands on operational responsibilities including heavy diary management, expense collation and managing the office. including managing supplies, monitoring shared inboxes. This role also includes courier deliveries, subscription renewals and general office upkeep. The chosen candidate will need to be proactive with meticulous attention to detail and confident use of Microsoft Office, as well as support colleagues across Finance, HR, Marketing and the senior leadership team. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a high-performing communications environment. The role is based in the office from 8.30am-6pm Monday to Friday ideally to start as soon as possible.
