An innovative creative client is seeking a talent resourcing coordinator who is people centric.

You will play a key part in shaping candidate experience from the very first interaction, using your exceptional communication skills to provide thoughtful, constructive feedback, maintain a personal touch throughout the hiring journey and build genuine rapport with applicants and internal stakeholders alike.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast moving, ideas driven environment and enjoys being the friendly, reliable voice that keeps processes running smoothly.

You will work closely with a collaborative group who value openness, shared thinking and supporting one another to deliver the best outcomes.

Based in the office Monday to Friday, 9am–5.30pm, you will be fully immersed in the team’s creative rhythm while developing your HR resourcing expertise.
