A highly successful investment firm in central London with a friendly, supportive, collaborative culture is seeking a Company Secretarial Assistant working closely with a team of qualified, experienced Co-Secs. There is huge scope to get involved along with the opportunity to train as a Company Secretary long term. The role offers hybrid working with 4 days based in the office.
The ideal candidate will either have company secretarial experience or be a PA/EA with extensive Board level support. You will be responsible for:
- Preparing and planning Board meetings, circulating papers and reminders
- Preparing/amending draft agendas using Diligent for each Board meeting
- Booking and prepping meeting rooms with equipment and refreshments
- Diary and calendar management across multiple stakeholders
- Taking draft minutes for post-Board meeting support
- Handling legal and compliance administration
- Assisting with event planning including Board lunches/dinners/AGMs
The ideal candidate will have:
- Expert-level organisation, able to balance priorities across several individuals
- Experience in Board support and managing multiple projects
- A proactive, can-do attitude with strong initiative
- Ability to closely follow existing processes while juggling conflicting demands
