The role will entail
- Handle client enquiries and communications with professionalism and cultural awareness.
- Manage complex diaries, international travel, meetings and agendas.
- Prepare pitch documents, presentations and tender submissions.
- Coordinate events, training sessions and client briefings.
- Monitor team inboxes, draft correspondence and manage communications.
- Provide cross-team administrative support and assist with workflow management.
- Support billing, invoicing, expenses and financial administration.
- Maintain compliance, information security and data-handling standards.
Applicants must have
- Experience as a PA in a legal, professional services or similarly structured environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise a varied workload.
- Adaptability and confidence in a fast-moving environment.
