Senior Payroll Administrator
Warwickshire | Up to Β£22 per hour
We're working with a leading financial services organisation in South Warwickshire that's looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join its HR team on a fixed-term basis.
You'll be part of a friendly, established payroll team, making sure employees and pensioners are paid accurately and on time, and being the go-to person for payroll and pension queries.
What you'll be doing
- Processing payroll from start to finish, including new starters, leavers and changes
- Administering pension processes for employees and pensioners
- Answering payroll and pension queries from staff, managers and third parties
- Keeping processes up to date with legislation and company policy
- Supporting payroll projects and year-end activity
What you'll bring
- Solid hands-on payroll experience, ideally in a team processing over 1,000 employees
- Confidence manually calculating SSP, SMP, SPP, PAYE, NI and holiday pay
- Good knowledge of tax codes, RTI, workplace pensions and salary sacrifice
- Experience with ResourceLink or SAP
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
- A CIPP qualification would be great, but isn't essential
