Part-time Personal Assistant- Birmingham (3 days per week in office)

£35,000 pro rata, based on 3 days per week.

Our client is looking for a creative and highly organised Personal Assistant to join a dynamic design consultancy in Birmingham on a part-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, design-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive PA and administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, including diary management, scheduling, travel arrangements, expenses and document preparation.
  • Organise and coordinate key leadership and board meetings, including agendas, meeting papers, minutes, actions and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate company events, leadership away days, training days, appraisals and meetings with external clients, stakeholders and partners.
  • Assist with business projects and initiatives, tracking progress, managing deadlines and ensuring actions are completed effectively.

Key requirements for this position

  • Confident supporting senior leaders and Directors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Flexible and adaptable, willing to take on a variety of responsibilities as business needs evolve.
