We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to take on an exciting new role within a well-respected organisation based in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will be passionate, motivated and have previous experience working with HR systems, ideally within a professional services environment. You will be confident supporting the recruitment function within HR systems, identifying and resolving system issues, and providing support to the wider HR team. This is an excellent opportunity to make the role your own and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
The Role
- Help lead and support the implementation of the system
- Support and maintain HR systems
- Complete data entry and data management
- Provide system support when required and liaise with third-party support providers where necessary
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day activities
- Identify and resolve system issues
- Support the recruitment function within the HR system
The Candidate
- Previous experience working with HR systems, ideally iTrent or a similar system
- Experience supporting HR system administration
- Previous experience working within an HR environment
- CIPD qualification or working towards a CIPD qualification is desirable
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
