Katie Bard, part of the Angela Mortimer Group, is looking for an ambitious graduate to join us at the ground level, with direct exposure to our CEO and genuine potential to progress within your first three months. This is a rare opportunity to learn how a specialist recruitment business actually runs, working closely with senior leadership from day one rather than being siloed into a narrow admin role. You'll get hands-on exposure across operations and business development, contribute to real decisions, and have a clear route to grow quickly if you're the right fit.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting day-to-day operations and helping keep the business running smoothly
