A slick boutique fin-tech business is recruiting an enthusiastic, numerate and lateral thinking Client Analyst to join their Birmingham team. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a fast-growing business and really build on your existing experience!

You will be part of an ambitious and passionate team and will be working with clients and your internal teams to provide the highest quality solutions to their queries. You will be working across multiple products in their range and will work with closely with their clients to seek out the problems and resolve them in innovative and effective ways. You will be improving and developing processes, producing executive and summary reports as well as most importantly developing key relationships with new and existing clients.

As well as the problem solving and client relationship side you will also be involved in some of the more financial and technical aspects including calculating invoicing and billing information, drafting service reviews and agreements, collating and managing the compliance paperwork and setting up new clients on their systems.

You will need to have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working under your own initiative to deadlines. The role would suit someone with strong corporate client experience as well as solid legal/ compliance interest – gained through study or from work experience.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level (or equivalent), who has 12 months experience in a similar office based role. You will be highly proficient with Excel, and be able to produce professional reports and presentations in PowerPoint.

This position is a permanent position, paying up to Β£28,000!
