The reality of the role: This role is suited to those who want to be at the top of their game. Working the US East Coast market means shifted hours (11am – 8pm, and 10am - 5pm on Fridays) and working to exceptionally high standards, but it also opens the door to life-changing earning potential. Backed by rigorous training and an elite team, you will have access to financial rewards, career progression, and wealth creation that are unmatched.

The London earning potential - without the commute: Based in East Hertfordshire, the office offers an ideal reverse commute for people based in London, with a direct train line from King's Cross taking less than 20 minutes and a 2 minute walk from the local station. Requirements: Open to individuals with less experience, provided you possess exceptional communication skills, a high level of accountability, and a strong work ethic.

Training & Professional Development: Prior knowledge of this specific technology sector is not required. New hires undergo a structured, hands-on 6–8 week training program led directly by the management team to build comprehensive market expertise. The business maintains an exceptionally high staff retention rate, offering direct mentorship from senior directors. Career progression is entirely transparent and mapped to clear quarterly milestones.

Profile requirements: Experienced recruitment professionals looking to eliminate the standard London commute without sacrificing earning potential.
