Kathryn Rose Consultancy is delighted to represent our client in recruiting for two dedicated Complex Care Managers. As our client expands their regional footprint, they are seeking exceptional care leaders to drive high-quality operations, one position covering the West Midlands and the other leading services across the North and North West.

In this pivotal role, you will champion the safe, person-centred delivery of community-based care packages for both adult and paediatric service users. Working directly alongside clinical experts, multidisciplinary teams, and local commissioning bodies, you will support high acuity service users with exceptional care across your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Package Management: Design, onboard, and coordinate bespoke complex care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Service Quality & Compliance: Maintain and audit active care packages to guarantee exceptional standards of safety, quality, and regulatory adherence.
  • Direct Client Engagement: Conduct regular home visits across your region to ensure service users and families receive compassionate, responsive support.
  • Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner closely with clinicians, ICBs, and local authorities to continuously evaluate and refine complex clinical interventions.
  • Care Plan Authorisation: Draft, update, and sign off comprehensive care plans aligned with regulatory standards.
  • Reporting & Liaison: Prepare detailed service reports for commissioners and represent the organisation at external reviews.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, formal supervision, and active support to regional care teams, stepping in during emergency shift coverage when necessary.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Community Care Background: A minimum of 5 years’ experience within community or domiciliary care.
  • Clinical Exposure: At least 1 year of practical experience managing complex clinical needs, including tracheostomies, mechanical ventilation, spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, and bowel management.
  • Dual Demographic Experience: Proven expertise supporting both paediatric and adult individuals within high-acuity environments.
  • Travel & Licensing: A valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (essential for mandatory regional travel to client sites).
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work adaptively to meet client needs, including occasional early morning, evening, or weekend support.
  • Professional Presence: Strong leadership capabilities with a confident, empathetic client-facing approach.

What Our Client Offers

  • Competitive Salary: £33,000 to £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
