Kathryn Rose Consultancy is recruiting for a highly successful, established Global IT Staffing Partner that specialises in placing high-value contractors, primarily within the Oracle and SAP ecosystems. Our client is a Gold Oracle Partner and the preferred supplier for major international consulting firms, operating contracts in 26 countries.
We are actively recruiting for two key roles:
- Oracle Delivery Team Lead
- Salary: Up to £40,000 Basic Salary, Competitive Commission, Team Override.
- The Role: Manage and lead the dedicated Oracle Delivery team. You will act as a Player/Coach: rallying the team daily, conducting line management (coaching, KPIs, monthly reviews), and personally filling high-volume, long-term Oracle contract roles.
- Requirement: Proven experience in IT contract recruitment delivery, ideally coupled with direct experience leading or mentoring a small team. Must have strong Oracle delivery knowledge.
- Oracle Delivery Consultant
- Salary: £30,000 Basic Salary, Competitive Commission.
- The Role: Focus entirely on sourcing, qualifying, and managing candidates for long-term contract roles, primarily serving major global consulting firm partners. The average deal length is 16 months.
- Requirement: Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT recruitment delivery role, ideally within the Oracle/ERP applications space.
