Job Overview:

We are recruiting for an experienced Cook with a valid food hygiene certificate to work within our kitchen. Experience of working in a Care home setting is preferred. You will be responsible for menu preparation, stock ordering, maintaining a clean, tidy, hygienic, and safe working environment at all times.

Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by the applicant. The employer has claimed an exception under the Equality Act 2010.

All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of adults. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.

Experience / Qualification:

NVQ 2 or City & Guilds Equivalent.

Food Hygiene level 2
