Senior IP Lawyer - 12 month FTC - Global Retailer - London or Dublin

My client a Global Retailer is now looking to hire a Senior IP Lawyer on a 12 month FTC to start as soon as possible. In this global role you will report into the Head of Legal and work closely with the senior leadership team advising on a broad array of IP related matters including:

• advising on brand protection strategy helping to manage and protect the brand and trade mark rights
• supporting stakeholders on any IP disputes and litigation, with the support of external counsel
• advising the business on trademarks, copyright and design matters
• provide support on brand and licensing agreements

The ideal candidate will likely have 7-15+ years\’ PQE as an IP Lawyer with extensive experience of advising brand rich organisations on non-contentious and contentious IP matters. You will be confident, commercial and diplomatic with an ability to lead negotiations and navigate often complex issues.
