My client, a leading Global Brand, is now looking to hire a 6-10+ PQE Commercial Lawyer to join their legal team in Central London. Reporting into the General Counsel and working closely with fellow lawyers and senior stakeholders in the wider business, your responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts including distribution agreements, supply agreements, and sales agreements
  • Advising on marketing and IP related matters
  • Supporting the business on wider legal issues on an ad hoc basis

The ideal candidate will likely have 6-10+ PQE as a Commercial Lawyer who trained at a leading law firm with an in-house secondment and is either looking to make their first move in-house or you will have already moved in-house looking for the next step in your career with the opportunity to join a global leading brand with excellent career progression opportunities.
