My client a leading Global Brand in Oxford (with hybrid working) is now looking to hire a Senior Commercial Real Estate Lawyer to join them on a 12 month FTC, to take the lead role on a variety of high profile property development projects.
The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting on joint venture transactions and major complex projects involving singnificant financial value
- Negotiating a variety of transactional real esate documents including development agreements, project agreements, easements, service agreements, estate management arrangements etc
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholderse to identify risk and protect the client's interests
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Senior Commercial Real Estate Lawyer with development experience who is comfortable leading on complex real estate development projects. You will have trained at a leading law firm and either be looking to make your first move in-house with the unique opportunity to use your skill set working for a Global Brand or you will have already moved in-house looking for your next challenge.
This opportunity would also suit a private practice lawyer who wants to gain invaluable in-house experience, knowing that they want to pursue their legal career in-house.
You will be working in a supportive and collaborative team with the opportunity to work on some major and high profile property development projects.
