My client a leading Global Consumer-Facing Business is now looking to hire an experienced E-Commerce & Digital lawyer to join its stellar legal team.
Reporting into the Head of Legal, in this broad and business facing role you will play a key role in advising on all aspects of e-commerce and digital, providing pragmatic legal advice to senior stakeholders across e-commerce, commercial, digital, tech and marketing.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on E-Commerce and On-line retail matters
- Providing advice on the website and apps
- Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts including technology contracts, supplier contracts, agency contracts and platform contracts
- Advising on technology and digital related contracts
- Supporting marketing and advertising teams on digital campaigns, promotions and other customer-facing communications
The ideal candidate will have 6+pqe and have trained in a leading law firm or well-regarded in-house legal team and be currently in a similar role advising a retail, consumer, e-commerce or other digitally led business. You will thrive working in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable giving excellent commercial and legal advice to this high growth business.
