My client, a leading Global Retail Business, is now looking to hire a Legal Counsel (Commercial/Marketing) on a 12 month FTC to start ASAP. Working in a business facing role and reporting into the Head of Legal, working closely with a Senior Legal Counsel, your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts including distribution agreements and supply agreements
- Advising the business on marketing and branding matters
- Providing advice to the business on digital and licensing contracts
- Helping to oversee any claims or disputes
The ideal candidate will be a commercial lawyer who has strong experience of working in-house in a broad role at another retailer or global brand, ideally with some experience of advising on marketing, branding or digital matters. You will be someone who thrives working in a fast paced environment, enjoys interacting with all areas of the business and not be phased by taking on a broad diet of work.
