My client, a Listed Global Retail Company based in London, is now looking to hire a 3+ PQE Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their legal team on a 12-15 month FTC with a high possibility of the role going permanent.
Reporting into the Head of Legal and in a business-facing role, your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and negotiating an array of strategic commercial contracts including supply agreements, distribution agreements, warehousing, transport and technology agreements
- Supporting Logistics and Ops teams on specific projects
- Advising the business on other ad hoc legal matters
The ideal candidate will likely have 3+ PQE as a Commercial Lawyer, ideally coming from another leading global brand or organisation. You will thrive working in a fast-paced and business-facing role whilst having the support of a collaborative team.
