Interim Corporate Lawyer - 3 month FTC (likely to be extended) - Global B2B Business in Guildford

My client a fast growing and acquisitive leading global acquisitive B2B business is now looking to hire an experienced Corporate lawyer to join their legal team ASAP on a 3 month FTC (likely to be extended) with the opportunity to work from home as much as needed.

Reporting into the General Counsel, you will be working in a strong and collaborative legal team supporting the business in an exciting phase of its growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting on any private M&A, restructurings, joint ventures or divestments
• Drafting and negotiating an array of corporate related documents
• Working closely with and project managing external lawyers on all corporate related matters and deals

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Corporate lawyer who has trained at a leading City or regional law firm and is available to start ASAP. You will either already have moved in-house in a similar role or be looking to make your first move in-house (no prior in-house secondment needed).
