Our client, a Global FTSE 100, seeks a 2+ PQE M&A Lawyer to join its London legal team on a hybrid basis. You will lead on Global M&A and disposals, advise on deal structures, SPAs and shareholder agreements, and support group reorganisations.
You will draft and negotiate key commercial contracts (distribution, supply, IT) and handle day-to-day queries across IP, litigation and employment with internal and external counsel.
