My client, a leading Legal Consultancy that provides commercial legal advice to clients predominantly in the Travel & Hospitality space, is now looking to hire a Fractional Lawyer on a long-term consultancy basis. Working remotely, the role will involve advising a range of clients in the Travel & Hospitality space including airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, and hotels.
The scope of the role will include:
- Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts including agency agreements, sales agreements, and supply agreements
- Advising on ad hoc wider legal matters such as Health & Safety, pre-dispute work, and compliance matters
The ideal candidate will likely be an experienced commercial lawyer who already works as a Fractional Lawyer or would like to start working as a Fractional Lawyer and who ideally has some experience of advising clients in the Travel and Hospitality space. You will be a self-starter, adaptable and commercial, able and willing to pick up new areas of law quickly.
