My client, a leading global B2B business, is now looking to hire an Interim Senior Commercial Lawyer to join its legal team on a 3‑month fixed‑term contract (likely to be extended) and to start ideally in January 2026. Candidates looking to work 4 days a week – please do apply.
Reporting into the General Counsel and working in a small and collaborative team, this will be a hands‑on and business‑facing role and the scope will include:
- Drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts including distribution agreements, supply agreements and logistics agreements
- Negotiating and drafting a range of procurement contracts
- Advising the business on marketing and promotions matters
The ideal candidate will be an experienced interim senior commercial lawyer who has trained at a well‑regarded law firm and is already working in‑house in a broad commercial role for another large B2B business. You will be available to start a new contract in January 2026.
