My client, a leading Global Brand, is now looking to hire a 3-5+pqe Commercial Lawyer (EMEA) to join their legal team in Central London. Reporting into the Head of Legal and working closely with senior lawyers and the wider business, your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts including supply agreements, distribution agreements, and sales agreements
- Advising on marketing and IP related matters
- Supporting the business on wider legal issues on an ad hoc basis
The ideal candidate will likely have 3-5+pqe as a Commercial Lawyer who trained at a leading law firm and is either looking to make their first move in-house or you will have already moved in-house looking for the next step in your career.
