12 month FTC - Legal Counsel - Commercial/Marketing - Global Retail Business in City of London

My client a leading Global Retail Business is now looking to hire a Legal Counsel (Commercial/Marketing) on a 12 month FTC to start ASAP. Working in a business facing role and reporting into the Head of Legal, working closely with a Senior Legal Counsel, your responsibilities will include: Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts including distribution agreements and supply agreements Advising the business on marketing and branding matters Providing advice to the business on digital and licensing contracts Helping to oversee any claims or disputes The ideal candidate will be a commercial lawyer who has strong experience of working in-house in a broad role at another retailer or global brand, ideally with some experience of advising on marketing, branding or digital matters.
