Job Description
My client, a Global Listed Business based in Central London is now looking to hire a 7+PQE Corporate/Commercial lawyer on a 12 month FTC .
Reporting into the GC & Co Sec your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting senior stakeholders on the full cycle of a wide range of corporate transactions including any acquisitions, divestments and joint ventures
- Drafting and negotiating an array of general commercial contracts
- Advising the business on other ad-hoc legal matters as and when needed
The ideal candidate will likely have 7+pqe as a Corporate/Commercial Lawyer who has trained at a leading law firm and who is looking to progress their career in-house or you will already be in-house working as a Corporate/Commercial lawyer.
