Part Time Manager in Training (3IC)
As a Part Time Manager in Training (3IC) at Warringah, you’ll play a key role in the day‑to‑day success of the store. You will:
- Provide reliable day‑to‑day leadership, confidently stepping up to run the floor and keep things moving smoothly.
- Lead from the front with hands‑on customer engagement, solving problems on the spot and setting the tone for service excellence.
- Support the team by communicating clearly, passing on information, and keeping everyone aligned with store priorities.
- Build strong product knowledge and become the go‑to person for gear advice, sustainability stories, and technical features.
- Bring consistency, dependability, and positive energy – especially during busy periods or unexpected challenges.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to develop their leadership capability and step confidently into future management roles. You’ll gain hands‑on experience running the floor, coaching others, and understanding store operations – all essential foundations for progressing in retail leadership.
