You are responsible for generating new business, targeting salons, beauty clinics, spas, colleges, mobile therapists, and owners of independent stores in your geographical area. If you currently work in Cosmetic, Skincare, Salon, Beauty Colleges, Spa or Luxury retail and seek a new challenge as a Sales Manager, then this could be the role for you.

Salary: Up to £16-20K basic (pro-rata for part-time) + commission + fuel reimbursement + Pension.

  • Experience in sales, preferably with beauty qualifications.
  • Happy to communicate at all levels.
  • Persuasive – the ability to change and influence senior personnel.
  • Demonstrate a strong business sense for B2B and B2C.
  • Welcoming, inspirational, and pro-active.
  • Showing passion for natural and organic products.
  • Highly self-motivated to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Must have a full UK driving license.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm (35 hours per week).

Salary: Up to £20-25K + Pension (less experienced or qualification may be considered as Marketing Officer).

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare publication materials to maximize brand recognition (from copywriting to final distribution).
  • Create and develop new ways of communication (B2B and B2C).
  • Increase traffic to the website.
  • Improve SEO.
  • Maintain the website and social media.
  • Must be completely fluent in English with excellent written and grammatical skills enabling them to copywrite a wide range of marketing materials.
  • Experience in social media and online marketing.
  • Experience in creative literate (Adobe, Photoshop) is an asset.
  • Experience in various marketing activities (exhibitions, trade shows, social media, PR) is an asset.
  • Experience in WordPress and PrestaShop is preferable.
  • Proactive, thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
  • 3 years experience in marketing & promotion for the beauty industry.
  • Take ownership of product development from idea to launch.
  • Update project status tracker.
  • Off-site coordinating with suppliers from start to dispatch (required).
  • Responsible for reformulation of existing products.
  • Negotiation on activities and costs with suppliers.
  • Self-support on administrative works, including but not limited to ensuring all supplier files and product paperwork (cost/product specifications/product descriptions) is well filed.
  • Support the other managers and any ad hoc duties.
  • Teamwork orientated and great communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and control of product stock levels.

Education: A-level or above, GCSE English B+.

Experience: 3 years experience in product development or marketing.

Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong sense of accountability and spirit to “move things forward.” Pro-active and self-motivated. Able to multi-task and work under pressure. 1-3 years experience in skincare and ingredient product development. Lower experience will be considered as Officer.
