Domestic Couple – Gardener/Security/Maintenance & Housekeeping/Cook for part time residence (principals in residence approx 100 days per year)
Location: Nr Petersfield, Hampshire
Salary: Circa £85,000 gross per annum (negotiable for the right couple)
Accommodation: 2 bed flat (No pets or children)
Overview:
Experienced, reliable and flexible Domestic Couple sought to support part-time Hampshire-based principals with the smooth running and upkeep of their property. This is a hands-on, long-term role for a proactive and discreet couple who work to the highest standards and truly understand the meaning of service.
Key Responsibilities:
For the Gardener/Property Maintenance Partner:
• Security of the property at all times
• General caretaking and oversight of the estate
• Light maintenance duties and coordinating with contractors as needed
• Good level of Gardening (Gardening help employed 1 day per week)
• Occasional airport and local driving (drivers preferred)
For the Housekeeper/Cook Partner:
• Daily housekeeping to a high standard (keeping the house guest-ready at all times)
• Laundry and ironing
• Cooking meals for the principals when in residence (informal home-style cooking preferred)
• Running errands and supporting household needs
Working Hours: Flexibility is essential due to the nature of the role
• 5 day week with 2 consecutive days off - generally working weekends (can be flexible if not needed by principals), approx. 40 hours per week
For security reasons it is expected that except during holiday periods or booked time off the couple will reside at the property.
