Domestic Couple Required – Near Oban, West Scotland
A full-time live-in Caretaker & Housekeeper couple is sought for a large private estate near Oban. This long-term role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and care for both private and public areas, as well as select holiday cottages on the property. Key responsibilities include housekeeping, laundry, caring for antiques and fine furnishings, pet care, and assisting with events. Flexibility is essential to adapt to the evolving needs of the family.
The caretaker's duties will focus on security, light maintenance, vehicle upkeep, fire safety, heating systems, and general estate care. Additional tasks include supporting high-profile guests, overseeing health and safety, dog sitting, and assisting with deliveries.
Working 45 hours per week/ 5days, including most weekends during the busy summer season. A private, spacious two-bedroom flat with utilities is provided as staff accommodation. Pets considered, regret not suitable for dependents.
