An experienced, nurturing and engaging Spanish speaking live-in nanny is required for a private family with two young boys, aged 3 and 1, based between London and their country house in Gloucestershire.
The ideal candidate will be confident in caring for young children, with a genuine love of the outdoors and the ability to plan engaging, age-appropriate activities that keep the boys active, stimulated and happy. Native Spanish speaker is preferred, as one of the parents speaks Spanish with the children.
The nanny will work closely and collaboratively with the family’s other members of staff in both London and Gloucestershire and will assist the parents with all aspects of the children’s care, wellbeing and safety.
Duties will include:
- Driving the children between London and Gloucestershire
- All nursery duties
- Maintaining the children’s bedrooms, bathroom and playroom
- Keeping toys and equipment clean and tidy
- Organising creative play and outdoor activities
- Supporting the children’s daily and evening bath routines
A confident driver is essential. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a calm, positive and exemplary manner for the children to follow.
The working days and hours are Friday 12pm-7pm, Saturday 7am-7pm and Sunday 7am-7pm with work typically beginning in London on Fridays and ending in London on Sundays.
Accommodation provided at the Gloucestershire property, with a private bathroom and kitchen and a separate entrance, as well as all meals provided at the house.
Salary: £40k gross per annum. Role to commence as soon as the right candidate is found.
