We are seeking an experienced, highly professional and discreet House Manager/Driver to oversee the day-to-day operations of a private residence in Mayfair (W1K), London. This is a position of trust, suited to an individual with at least seven years' experience supporting high net worth individuals and families, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and supervising daily household operations
- Overseeing inventory and procurement of supplies
- Coordinating domestic staff
- Conducting regular property inspections
- Arranging maintenance and repairs
- Liaising with vendors and local authorities for timely payments and compliance
- Maintaining vehicle servicing schedules, insurance and upkeep
- Providing safe, professional driving services across London, particularly within Central London (W1K)
- End-to-end planning of family events and special occasions
- Comprehensive diary and travel management for family members
- Coordinating children's school and extracurricular schedules
- Working closely with office staff where required
The ideal candidate will have exceptional planning, organisational and execution skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and composure, strong attention to detail, excellent English communication skills, proven London driving experience, a valid UK driving licence with a clean record and an unwavering commitment to confidentiality, professionalism and high standards of service.
The role is live-out working Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm including two Saturdays per month (four hours each Saturday). Salary negotiable around £55k+ gpa depending on experience. Role to commence as soon as the right candidate is found.
