A lovely client based in Chipping Norton (OX7) is seeking a reliable, highly organised and proactive Live-out Personal Assistant to support her with all aspects of her personal life. This is a private, self-employed position with no business-related duties involved.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of personal tasks, including:
- Paying utilities
- Running errands
- Shopping for personal items
- Ensuring groceries are stocked
- Replenishing cleaning supplies
- Managing car MOTs and servicing
- Dealing with contractors
- Arranging vet visits
- Stocking the wine cellar
- Overseeing the cleaner
Additionally, the role involves some housekeeping duties such as light cleaning, tidying and ensuring the home is well-maintained. There will also be responsibilities related to wardrobe management, including shopping for clothing and organising the client’s wardrobe. The role will also involve booking airport transfers, taxis, and occasional restaurant reservations.
A driver with their own car is required, as the role involves regular errands. The employer has two cats, so being cat-friendly is essential. The ideal candidate will live locally or within a reasonable commuting distance, be trustworthy and have experience in handling personal expenses. You must be able to demonstrate initiative, flexibility and an ability to work independently.
Cooking is required, as the candidate will need to prepare occasional meals, do light meal prep and manage the shopping for ingredients. Days and hours are Monday to Friday, starting at 8:30/9am, working up to a maximum of 35-40 hours per week, with occasional weekend work as required. Flexibility in communication over the weekend would be a bonus.
Salary offered is £900 gross per week on a self-employed basis. This is a fantastic, long-term opportunity for a dependable PA to start as soon as possible.
