We are seeking a reliable, organised and discreet Housekeeper/Personal Assistant to provide a combination of high quality household support and light administrative assistance for a private residence in Hampshire (PO9). This is a varied role for someone who takes pride in maintaining a well run home while also providing support with day to day personal and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities will include:

  • General housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, household organisation, food shopping, managing maintenance contractors and coordinating household appointments.
  • Supporting family diary management, scheduling social commitments, assisting with car related administration and helping with occasional personal tasks.
  • Providing additional business administrative support, including diary coordination, managing correspondence, arranging meetings and travel, preparing documents where required, handling confidential information with discretion and acting as a trusted point of contact when required.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, trustworthy, highly organised and able to work independently with excellent attention to detail. A flexible approach and the ability to manage both household and business administrative duties are essential. Cooking skills would be advantageous but are not essential. A driver with own car is essential.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position working 40hrs per week with flexibility around where work is carried out, including support from the family home, office and remotely where appropriate. Salary: Up to £47k gross per annum, depending on experience.
