A lovely family based in Ardingly, West Sussex are seeking an experienced, fun and flexible live-in nanny to care for their two little boys, aged 8 months and 2½ years. The role will involve all nursery duties, cooking for the children, nursery runs, taking the children to classes and activities and providing attentive day-to-day care. The eldest little boy attends nursery part-time, so the majority of care will focus on the baby, who will be turning one when the role begins. This is primarily a sole‑charge position, although there will be shared care on Tuesdays when mum is at home. A Wednesday overnight stay is required due to mum’s travel commitments.
Working Hours
- Monday: 7:30am – 7:00pm
- Tuesday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Thursday: 7:30am – 7:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
A driver is essential for this role, and a car can be provided for work purposes. Accommodation includes a private bedroom and bathroom within a self‑contained area of the home while the family completes construction of a separate 2 bed annex for the nanny. All utilities will be covered.
