Live-In Caretaker / Gardener / Security - Suffolk
A live-in caretaker/gardener/security person is required for a lovely rural property situated in a beautiful area near the sea in Suffolk. The private home sits within approximately 4 acres of grounds.
This is a varied role involving the security and general upkeep of the property, alongside light maintenance and some animal care.
Duties will include maintaining security at all times, feeding the dog and alpacas, dealing with contractors, accepting deliveries, running errands and collecting the employers from the local station.
The role would ideally suit someone with a military or police background who is happy to be based on site. A non-smoker with a full driving licence is essential. A car will be provided for use both on and off duty, with all running costs covered.
A one bedroom cottage is provided as staff accommodation, with all accommodation costs covered. Unfortunately, the accommodation is not suitable for a partner or pets.
5 days per week, with Sundays and Mondays off. Approximately 40 hours per week, with 24/6 security responsibility on days worked.
One bedroom cottage provided, with all costs covered.
£30k gross per annum, depending on experience.
Role to commence as soon as the right candidate is found.
