Job Description Domestic Couple (House Maintenance Manager) – Private Shooting Estate, Northumberland A prestigious private shooting estate in Northumberland seeks an experienced hands on domestic couple to manage and care for principals part time residence. The property is primarily in use from August to October , with occasional visits in November and December . From January to July , the focus is on caretaking, overseeing maintenance, managing contractors, and ensuring the house and valuables remain secure and ready for the season.

During the shooting season, you will host 2–3 shoot parties per week , coordinating chefs, housekeeping, and service staff to deliver seamless 5-star hospitality. Duties include managing dining and drinks service, caring for silver and antiques, handling guest arrivals and departures, and maintaining high standards across the home.
