Gardener/Maintenance/Security & Housekeeper couple for p/time residence in Cotswolds, sep cottage, £75k gross pa
£70,000–£75,000 gross per annum, separate cottage with all bills included
ALondon-based family is seeking an experienced, discreet and proactive domesticcouple to care for their beautiful second home in a Cotswold village, setwithin 30 acres. The property is mainly used during school holidays and aroundtwo weekends per month.
Housekeeper: Responsible for all housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, guest rooms, foodpreparation and assistance with entertaining. The principals enjoy cooking, sono independent cooking is required.
Gardener / Maintenance: Looking after lawns, gardens, vegetables, herbs and the swimming pool,alongside general estate maintenance, liaising with contractors and occasionaldriving. Some assistance at the family’s London home may also be required.
Working 5 days per week including weekends when principals in residence (with 2 consecutive days off). Gardener to work 40 hrs per week, Housekeeper generally 25 hrs pw assuming house kept to high standards.
Accommodation: A newly renovated, separate one-bedroom cottage with private garden and allbills included. A sofa bed is available for occasional guests by agreement.Well-behaved pets considered.
Ideallysuited to a practical, hands-on couple with excellent previous privatehousehold or estate experience, who are looking for a long-term position.
