A lovely client based in Hampshire (GU34) is seeking an experienced and versatile Live-out or Live-in Housekeeper/Cook to join their household and assist in the smooth running of their main residence, as well as supporting with shoot lunches and catering on shoot days. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), working five days per week. The client is flexible regarding working days.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing shoot lunches and shoot-day catering (country-style cooking preferred)
- Hands-on housekeeping of the main house and holiday cottages on the estate
- Running errands, including shopping and general household support
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the property
Requirements
- Confident and capable cook, particularly with hearty, country-style meals
- Flexible, proactive and happy to adapt to the needs of the household
- Confident driver (a car is provided for work purposes)
- Strong housekeeping skills with a hands-on approach
Salary: Up to £45k gross per annum. Role to commence as soon as the right candidate is found. Start date: As soon as the right candidate is found. Accommodation: Option to live in, with detached accommodation provided on the estate. This role would suit a reliable and adaptable candidate who enjoys working in a rural environment and is confident managing both cooking and housekeeping responsibilities to a high standard.
