We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and well‑organised Design Technology Technician to join our DT Department. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in supporting high‑quality teaching and learning across a range of DT subjects, including Product Design, Resistant Materials, Textiles and Food Technology.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with teaching staff to prepare materials.
- Maintain equipment.
- Ensure health & safety standards are met.
- Support students in practical sessions.
Key Information:
This is a permanent, part‑time (6 hours on Wednesday each week – 8:45 am to 2:45 pm) term‑time only position.
Salary:
The salary range is NJC Points 5‑6 (£25,583 to £25,989 per annum) pro rata. The actual salary will be £3,469 to £3,524 per annum.
