We wish to appoint an Attendance Lead to play a crucial role in promoting and ensuring the attendance, and safety of our students.
This position will involve close collaboration with staff, students, families and external agencies to create a supportive environment that prioritises attendance, safeguarding and educational engagement.

This is a non-teaching role.
The successful candidate will have a good standard of education in English and Maths to at least GCSE C/4 level, together with experience of working with vulnerable children/adults and working in an attendance or safeguarding role in an educational setting.
The hours of work are 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break, term time + inset days.
The salary for this position is paid at NJC Points 21-24 £33,143 - £35,412 pro rata.
