We are looking for a customer-focused Assistant Shop Manager who has the ability to motivate our loyal volunteers and work in partnership with the Shop Manager.
Fixed-Term Contract (15 Months)
Salary: £9,913.80 per annum
Hours: 15 hours per week (2 days). These hours will be delivered across an alternating two-week rota which will include alternate Saturdays.
Report to: Shop Manager
Location: Moreton-in-Marsh
The role is varied and will include promoting the shop in the local community, encouraging the local community to donate high quality goods to the shop, and working with a committed team of paid and unpaid staff to act as ambassadors for Katharine House Hospice within the Moreton area. Previous retail experience is essential.

This role is offered on a fixed term basis and will automatically end at the conclusion of the contract period unless extended by mutual agreement. This will be discussed further at the interview stage.
