Early Years Assistant Room Manager, Kindergarten

Flax Bourton, Bristol, BS48

Salary up to £30,284 per year depending on experience -FB

We have a beautiful setting in Flax Bourton which opened in June 2022, and was rated Outstanding by Ofsted this year! Red Bus has been operating as a company for over 11 years. We continually strive to do things better and we just want Red Bus to be the best place ever for children and the best place for staff to work.
If you are an experienced Early Years Practitioner with supervisory or management experience and you are looking for something new, we might be the next step for you. We know that times are hard and a lot of nurseries are struggling, and maybe not able to offer the support and career progression you are looking for at the moment. At Red Bus we are able to do that right now and we have an exciting Assistant Room Management position open.
This team gets great support, training and career development. As people moving into these positions can be from nurseries where they have been at for some time, we offer a smooth as possible transition to Red Bus with great onboarding and induction planning. We have lovely supporting staff in our teams and we can take the risk out of that move for you.
If you are experienced in this industry with a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years and 3 years post qualification experience, would really like to work for a very stable, highly staffed company who really take care of staff and pay well and offer great benefits and training and career opportunity, do consider applying to us. We also add on a further £1,000 per annum for anyone with an Early Years qualification higher than Level 3 or for Forest School or SEN Level 3.
