Job Description
We are seeking a Repairs Commercial Officer to support the delivery of high-quality repair services through robust financial control, contractor performance monitoring, and commercial assurance. This is a full-time temporary role, working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities of the Repairs Commercial Coordinator Role:
/n

- Review and validate contractor payment applications and repair costs.
/n
- Assess works against contractual agreements and Schedules of Rates (SOR).
/n
- Carry out quality assurance checks using reports, photographs, and supporting evidence.
/n
- Process cost variations and maintain accurate records across management systems.
/n
- Produce performance, cost, and risk analysis reports.
/n
- Liaise with contractors and internal teams to resolve queries and disputes.
/n
- Support compliance with relevant legislation and service level agreements.
/n

To be considered for the Repairs Commercial Coordinator role:
/n
/n
- Experience in commercial, financial, repairs, property maintenance, or housing environments.
/n
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
/n
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
/n
- Confident communicator with negotiation and stakeholder management experience.
/n
- Knowledge of SORs, contractor management, or AFP processes is advantageous.
/n
